We need a few rockstar full-stack engineers who refuse to pick a lane. You think in systems and data, you build AI into the core (not bolted on), and you sweat the user experience like it's the whole product - because it is. You'll build 🤫 Agent One end to end: the agent runtimes and tools, the data and consent layer (PCHP), the edge/on-device runtime, and the interfaces a six-year-old and a grandmother both find obvious. Small, modular, yoink-able code - bacterial by default, a eukaryotic backbone only where complexity truly demands it.

What you'll do

  • ▸Build Agent One features end to end - from data and agent runtime to a UX that feels inevitable
  • ▸Make AI a first-class material: tools, memory, evals, and the consent layer underneath
  • ▸Design data systems that are fast, private, and correct - receipts, least privilege, minimal disclosure
  • ▸Obsess over latency, accuracy, and control; instrument outcomes so we don't fool ourselves
  • ▸Write small, modular, legible code others could lift on its own

Minimum requirements

  • ▸Genuinely full-stack: comfortable from data and systems to pixels, and AI throughout
  • ▸Strong taste in user experience - you've shipped things people love to use
  • ▸Curiosity and range; you learn the stack you need and build the thing
  • ▸Bias to ship, paired with care for privacy, security, and the human in control
  • ▸Want to be in the room - at a Garage or an R&D Lab - building 0→1→100M

What winning looks like

  • ▸Features shipped that move activation and weekly-active retention
  • ▸Latency, accuracy, and quality budgets met
  • ▸Code others reuse; low defect and regression rate
