We need the best of the best who genuinely understand visionOS and the Meta glasses and Quest SDKs, and can build experiences that feel inevitable - an Agent One that sees what you see (by consent), speaks quietly in your ear, and acts, with the human always in control.

What you'll do

  • ▸Build 🤫 Agent One for visionOS (ARKit, RealityKit, Reality Composer Pro) and for Meta (Quest, Meta Spatial SDK, and the glasses Wearables Device Access Toolkit)
  • ▸Design glanceable, voice-first experiences for watchOS and Wear OS - the agent on your wrist
  • ▸Make spatial UX feel calm and natural: gaze, gesture, hand-tracking, and audio-first interaction
  • ▸Keep it consent-first on the most sensitive sensors there are: on-device perception, minimal disclosure, a receipt for anything the glasses see or share
  • ▸Push frame rate, latency, and thermals so long sessions stay comfortable and effortless

Minimum requirements

  • ▸You've shipped real spatial or wearable apps - visionOS, Quest / Meta, ARKit / ARCore, watchOS / Wear OS
  • ▸Fluency with RealityKit, Unity or Unreal, spatial audio, and hand / eye tracking
  • ▸Taste for restraint - the best AR is calm, never cluttered
  • ▸Deep care for privacy on cameras people wear on their face
  • ▸You want to define how a billion people live with an agent, hands-free
