Choose the problems worth solving first. You will turn the broad mission into a product people can understand, use and afford.
Not open yet: Pilot expansion
This work starts when that stage arrives, so there is no application to submit today and we will not pretend otherwise. What is written below is what the role is for and what would make somebody right for it, published early on purpose so you can decide whether it is worth watching.
The work
Spend time with users in real workflows and define outcomes before features. Coordinate software, device, service and partner decisions. Measure successful task completion, repeat use, user control and support burden, and keep the roadmap grounded in evidence.
The milestone
In your first 90 days, deliver a prioritized pilot problem, acceptance criteria and a tested account of why users would pay for the solution.
Evidence
Bring product judgment and evidence of taking a complex idea into daily use. Deep technical fluency and careful listening matter more than presentation polish.
Evidence, not credentials. We are describing work you can point at, in whatever form it exists.
The exercise
Choose between two attractive use cases with different security, integration and customer-support costs.
