There is a place for everyone here, from a high-school student who can sell to a leader with thirty years in the field - and we want every one of them to know what fair pay looks like before they apply. We pay the going local-market rate for your role and level, and we would rather under-promise and over-deliver than the other way around. So the ranges below are realistic market rates, not headline numbers; every full-time teammate also gets equity, a real shot at the upside we build together.

A living wage, always - never just the legal minimum

Wherever we hire, we pay at least the going local market rate, and for full-time roles our floor is a living wage, not the statutory minimum. Entry-level and early-career teammates start at fair market pay for their role and grow from there as they ship and sell.

Early career & no experience needed

Most of our team is young, and many start with no prior shipping or selling experience. We hire for hunger and aptitude, pay fair entry-level market rates (see the ranges below), and teach you the rest. Interns and high-school sellers are paid at or above local minimum, with cash prizes for great demos and sales.

Equity for every full-time teammate

Everyone who joins full-time gets stock options. Standard four-year vesting with a one-year cliff - your first vest lands on your one-year anniversary, then monthly after that. Grants are sized to your role, level, and impact, and confirmed in writing at offer. High performers earn refresh grants over time.

Performance bonus

An annual performance bonus tied to clear company goals and your own. Indicative target is roughly 10-20% of base for non-sales roles, set by level. We pay for outcomes that move the business, not activity.

Sales compensation (OTE)

Customer-facing roles carry on-target earnings (OTE) - typically a ~50/50 split of base and variable, with uncapped commission and accelerators above quota. The CRO and sales leaders own revenue and adoption and are paid to beat both.

Field sales (door to door)

Our neighborhood category-creation sellers start at the local minimum wage as a base, with a guaranteed ramp draw to a living wage while they learn the first ~90 days, then earn uncapped performance bonuses and cash prizes for hitting and beating daily, weekly, and monthly targets - plus a shot at the annual Chairman's Club. Team leads carry a territory number and share in their team's results.

The referral kicker

Refer someone we hire full-time who stays one year and you get a flat $1,000 plus $10,000 in referral stock-based equity - on top of these packages.

Reviewed fairly, every year

We review compensation annually and on promotion, benchmark against the market for your role and location, and correct for fairness. Pay equality for equal work is a principle, not a slogan.
