This is the company story and the milestone timeline: a promise about consent and ownership made on August 9, 2021, roughly five years of building the protocol, the research, and the products, and a four-step plan that comes out of stealth in 2026 and lands in the AI Factory and Grid.
HushOne, Inc. (dba hushh.ai) was established as a Delaware C Corporation on August 9, 2021. It began with a single promise, born from harm: your consent will be required, not assumed. If anyone touches your private information, you will be told, and the agent that acts on it will work for you, not for them.
The founder and CEO is Manish Sainani, whose background is in machine learning and developer platforms, and who helped pour foundational infrastructure earlier in his career. That vantage point - having built the very systems that knew people intimately and protected them casually - is what turned a personal harm into a company.
Specific dates where we can support them; honest and high-level for the stealth years, where we do not have a detailed public record. Built in the open, and candid about the difference.
HushOne, Inc. (dba hushh.ai) is established as a Delaware C Corporation. The founding promise is plain: your consent will be required, not assumed, and the agent that acts on your information should belong to you.
Roughly five years of quiet work on three fronts: the consent protocol (the Hushh Protocol, PCHP, published as RFC-001), the research Lab and the Personal World Model, and the products themselves. We keep this window honest and high-level, because that is what we can support.
The brand relaunches publicly as 🤫 hussh (it was hushh.ai from August 9, 2021). The company begins telling its story in the open: a public release log, a blunt-honest FAQ, and the whole platform mapped in one picture.
The plan comes out of stealth in order: Agent One, the private agent you own; Puppy One, the personal supercomputer you own; Tag One, the safety companion for the people you love; and the Network, where owned fleets sell their idle hours to a distributed edge grid.
The target for bringing the four steps together, from a personal agent and a personal supercomputer to an AI Factory and Grid owned by the people who host it. Built in the open, and honest about what is shipped and what is still ahead.
Four steps, coming out of stealth in 2026, each one building on the one before it - a private agent, a personal supercomputer, a safety companion, and a distributed edge grid owned by the people who host it.
The private agent you own, free for life. It answers only to you and gates every outside request through consent.
The personal supercomputer you own. It turns hardware you already have into an always-on machine that works first for you.
The safety and wellness wearable for the people you love. In co-design, consent-first, and not a medical device.
Garage and warehouse owners run Puppy One fleets, use them first, and sell idle capacity - a distributed edge grid on Starlink that Agent One manages.
The fourth step is the north star: garage and warehouse owners run Puppy One fleets, use them first, and sell idle capacity to a distributed edge supercomputing grid on Starlink, with Agent One managing the fleet. Read more about the AI Factory and the Network.
Backed the founders before 🤫 was born on August 9, 2021, and serves as Executive Chairman. A day-zero believer in an agent that belongs to the person, not the platform.
Angel, Acting Chief Engineer, and a local businessman who owns a Pump It Up franchise. An everyday owner of space, power, and community - a fitting embodiment of the edge-grid thesis.
The pre-seed was funded by the founders' family fund (Fund A / Alphabets 27). Suresh's Pump It Up franchise is his personal business background; Pump It Up the franchisor is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, 🤫 hussh. See the full leadership and advisor roster on the team page.
“We spent five years, mostly in stealth, on one idea: the most personal technology of this era should be owned by the person, not rented from a platform. The road here was the protocol, the research, and the products, in that order, so that when we came out we had something real to show, and something honest to say about what is still ahead.”
Everything a reporter or an answer engine needs to tell this story accurately, in one place. We respond to every good-faith request.
