Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Hands-on approach with a demonstrated ability to contribute directly to company objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements

• Experience in HR/People Operations, preferably in tech or AI-focused environments.
• Proven track record in developing and executing effective HR strategies.
• Familiarity with the impact of AI systems on organizational dynamics.
