The fact sheet.

Everything below is checkable. The parts that flatter us and the parts that do not are held to the same standard, and the section we are proudest of is the one about what we have not done.

The company

Two entities. Both named exactly.

Operating company

HushOne, Inc.

The company behind hushh.ai and the 🤫 One products. Privately held.

Parent and holding company

Hushh Technologies Corporation

Parent of HushOne, Inc. Its corporate site is Hushhtech.com, distinct from hushh.ai.

The wordmark
Write the brand as 🤫 hussh, lowercase, ideally led by the 🤫 mark. Not Hushh, not hush. The registered entity names below keep their exact legal spelling.
The one-liner
Personal Supercomputing, owned by you. Consent-first, built in the open.
Founded & relaunched
Began as a stealth project on August 9, 2021 under the hushh.ai brand; relaunched publicly as 🤫 hussh on April 1, 2026.
Headquarters
Kirkland, Washington, United States 🇺🇸
Product status

Where each thing actually stands, today.

Permission Gateway
Running on our UAT test environment. The production deployment is in progress. It is not generally available, and no one should plan around it as a shipped, supported service today.
🤫 Agent One
A personal AI agent that runs on hardware the person owns and gates every outside request through consent. Free for life.
🤫 Puppy One
A personal supercomputer, open for reservation from $0.01, fully refundable. A reservation is not a purchase and not a delivery date.
🤫 Tag One
In active co-design. Not released, not orderable, and it ships only when it is right.
PCHP
The Personal Consent Handshake Protocol, published openly as RFC-001. It is a published specification, not a ratified standard of any standards body.
The 🤫 Yellow Pages directory
Live for its first market, King County, Washington. Listings are built from public, source-verifiable information; license verification happens at claim time against the authoritative regulator.
Security posture

Built to the High baseline. Certified by no one, yet.

A control baseline is how you build. A certification is what an independent assessor says about how you built. We have done the first. We have not yet earned the second, and we will not blur the two.

Control baseline

Built to the NIST SP 800-53 High control baseline. That is how we engineer; it is not a certification and no one has certified it.

FedRAMP High

In pursuit, not held. No 3PAO assessment has been completed and no agency Authorization to Operate has been issued.

DoD Impact Levels

In pursuit, not held. No DoD provisional authorization has been granted at any Impact Level.

Consent and receipts

Every data access is gated by consent and writes a receipt the person can read, under PCHP. Consent is revocable at any time.

Identity

Strong identity and MFA, with enterprise identity providers supported. Login.gov and ID.me meet NIST 800-63 IAL2/AAL2 for the federal track.

Secrets and encryption

Encryption in transit, audit logging on privileged paths, and no secrets in source. Credentials live in a managed secret store.

The full public posture, standard by standard with target windows, lives on trust, security & certifications.

The part most companies leave out

What we have not done.

Certifications we do not hold. Environments that are not production. Claims we will not make. Limits our product genuinely has. If any of it changes, this page changes the same day, and the date at the bottom moves with it.

  1. 01

We are not FedRAMP High authorized, and we do not hold a DoD Impact Level authorization.

Both are in pursuit. No 3PAO assessment has been completed and no ATO has been issued. Anyone who reads our security posture as a certification has read it wrong, and we would rather say so here than let it pass.

  2. 02

The Permission Gateway is not generally available.

It runs on our UAT test environment. Production is in progress. We are not going to describe a test environment as a live product.

  3. 03

We name no customers, and we publish no testimonials or endorsements.

Not one. No logo wall, no anonymous quotes, no advisory names implying approval we do not have. 🤫 hussh is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any company named anywhere in our materials.

  4. 04

We publish no pricing beyond what is already shipped, and no funding, valuation, or projections.

No revenue figures, no raise, no valuation, no forecast, no return claim. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security.

  5. 05

We cannot delete a person's data from a third-party AI model.

If data has already been used to train a model we do not operate, no consent revocation of ours reaches inside that model. We can stop the flow going forward. We cannot unring that bell, and no one else honestly can either.

  6. 06

We cannot retract data a subscriber already received before revocation.

Revoking consent stops future access from that moment. It does not reach backwards into a copy a recipient already holds. The receipt shows exactly what was shared and when, so the person knows precisely what is out there.

  7. 07

We do not claim legal or regulatory compliance on any operator's behalf.

Using our software does not make a business compliant with anything. Compliance depends on how an operator configures, deploys, and runs their own environment, and that responsibility stays theirs.

  8. 08

We name no competitor, and we criticize none.

We describe what we build and what it does not do. We do not run comparisons against other companies, and we do not build our story out of someone else's shortcomings.

  9. 09

We never fabricate a directory listing.

Every listing in the 🤫 Yellow Pages comes from public, source-verifiable information, is claimable by the human it describes, is correctable, and is removable on request. No invented people, no invented credentials, no scraped restricted registries.

If you find a line on this site that contradicts anything above, that is a defect and we want to hear about it. Write to press@hushh.ai and we will correct the page, not the complaint.

For tooling

The same facts, as JSON.

Research tools, answer engines, and agents can fetch this page’s contents directly, so a stale quote of our status is always a choice rather than an accident. It is public, unauthenticated, and served fresh.

🤫 hussh is a community-owned personal and business information infrastructure company. It helps people and businesses connect, collect, organize, and manage their information, and make it available by consent to whoever needs it to get the job done, through 🤫 Agent One, a personal AI agent you own and run on your own devices. hussh began as a stealth project on August 9, 2021 and relaunched publicly as 🤫 hussh on April 1, 2026. The 🤫 One products are built by HushOne, Inc. and financed by Hushh Technologies Fund A, a separate, founder-led, family-office and LP-owned investment company - never by monetizing your data. hussh is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any other company named in its materials.

These materials are prepared to press best-practice standards as the foundation for our media, corporate, and public communications. They are factual and independent; preparing them well is not a claim of review or endorsement by any outside party.

One is a product of Hushh Technologies Corporation (brand: 🤫 “hussh”), an independent company. One runs on third-party silicon, systems, and cloud; platform names are used solely to describe where One software runs and imply no affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by those platforms. Our own go-to-market and bill-of-materials partner programs are real and actively in pursuit; we name a partner only once an agreement is executed.

HushOne, Inc. is a private company. This material is provided for information only. It is not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, fund interest, or advisory service, and it is not investment advice. Any securities offering would be made only to qualified investors, and only through definitive offering documents containing the complete terms and risk factors. Nothing here is a projection, a forecast, or a promise of any result.
