We verify you
We run a basic identity and business check (KYC and KYB) before any account is activated. It is required, and it keeps the network safe for the people in it.
We agree on scope
A mutual NDA so both sides can speak openly, then a short memorandum of understanding that sets scope, owners, and timeline.
We sign a plain-English agreement
Draft terms are a 16.9% year-one referral on registered, closed-won deals, a 10% service trail after year one, and 90-day deal protection. Final terms are set in the signed agreement.
You get your kit and go live
Deal registration, sales materials, brand assets, and agent-native ordering over MCP and A2A with PCHP consent receipts. You register your first deal and co-sell with our team beside you.
What every partner agrees to
You act for a person only with their consent, scoped to the task and written to a receipt they can read. A person can revoke at any time, and we honor it.
You can hand this to your agent
Every step is machine-readable, so your assistant or Agent One can gather your details, fill in the forms, and keep the thread moving. The signature stays with you.
