Meet the customer at their door.
This is the whole plan, published clearly and cleanly: how 🤫 Agent One, 🤫 Puppy One, and 🤫 Tag One reach real people, one door at a time. We start in Kirkland, WA 98033, go to Beverly Hills, 90210 next, and run 🤫 Check-in at Las Vegas (LAS) as a skip-the-line wedge in parallel. Realistic and optimistic, and honest about both.
Two zip codes, and one wedge.
Kirkland, Washington →
The lighthouse. Home turf, all three products, one delighted neighborhood.
Beverly Hills, California →
The marquee. Prove the playbook travels, with a white-glove posture.
Las Vegas, Nevada · LAS →
The wedge. Skip the hotel line, straight from the airport.
Six principles for the last mile.
Work backwards from the human at their door
The plan starts at one person's front door, hotel room door, or garage, not a billboard. Everything is designed so the value is felt in the first ten minutes, in that person's own home town.
Win one neighborhood completely before the next
Kirkland 98033 first, fully, then Beverly Hills 90210. A beachhead you can walk beats a map you can't. Density of delighted neighbors is the product's best salesperson.
Build, buy, and sell together with last-mile partners
We do not own the last mile alone. Local installers, retailers, telecom and edge partners, security and hardware partners, and community organizations are how a product reaches a real doorstep. We come to the customer where they are.
Free to the human; the network carries the cost
Agent One is free, for life. Puppy One and Pro experiences are what customers choose to pay for. The last-mile pilot is sponsor-supportable so the human is never the one funding reach.
Consent-first, with a receipt for everything
Every share is scoped, consented, and logged to a receipt only the owner can read. A pilot that touches homes, hotels, and the people you love has to earn trust on day zero, not later.
Measure delight and retention, not door-knocks
We count activated-and-retained humans, neighbors who refer neighbors, and time given back, not vanity sign-ups. Registration is not adoption.
Land, skip the line, walk to your room.
The wedge that spreads on its own: get Agent One at the airport, check in before baggage claim, and never see the front-desk line. This is the plan; the hotel and valet partnerships that make it real are on the roadmap, and we say so.
Land at LAS
You get off the plane in Las Vegas. Grab 🤫 Agent One right there at the airport, free, nothing to install.
Turn on Check-in, free
🤫 Check-in is free if you already pay for a qualifying subscription: bring your Apple One or Google One, or your own model subscription key. You already pay for it, so the service is on us. Nothing new to buy.
Check in from the airport
Before you reach baggage claim, check in to your hotel from your phone. Your reservation and your 🤫 Gold ID do the verifying, so there is nothing to fill out at the desk.
Ping when you arrive
At the hotel, tap once to tell the 🤫 Customer Champions team you are here. That quietly informs your driver or the valet, and readies your room.
Walk to the right elevator
Agent One guides you to the exact elevator bank for your floor. No wandering the lobby, no line.
Skip the line completely
Hotel staff are waiting by the elevator with your key cards. You walk straight to your room door. The front desk line never happened.
Free, if you already pay for a subscription.
🤫 Check-in is a simple, free service. It is on us for anyone who already pays for a qualifying subscription, so there is no new bill, just a perk on top of what you already own. Redeemed at participating hotels on the 🤫 One Hotels & Entertainment Luxury Discreet Traveler Network.
Bring your Apple One
Already pay for an Apple One plan? That qualifies you for 🤫 Check-in, free. Apple One is a subscription from Apple; we simply recognize that you already own one.
Bring your Google One
Already pay for a Google One plan? That qualifies you too, free. Google One is a subscription from Google; naming it describes who is eligible, not a partnership.
Bring your own key
Already pay for your own AI or cloud model subscription? Bring that key. One is model-agnostic, so the subscription you already fund is the one that unlocks Check-in.
Apple One and Google One are subscriptions from Apple and Google; naming them describes who is eligible, not a partnership or endorsement. Participating hotels, the 🤫 One Hotels & Entertainment Luxury Discreet Traveler Network, the 🤫 Gold ID, and skip-the-line routing are on the roadmap and need partners; we label them that way.
The last-mile partner stack.
We do not own the last mile alone. Here is who we plan to work with to reach a real doorstep, across cloud, edge, hardware, security, telecom, retail, community, and hospitality. These are partner archetypes and our intent, not signed deals.
| Layer | What they do | Who | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Local install & smart-home | Set up 🤫 Puppy One and Tag One in the home, tuned and working, in one visit. | Independent AV / smart-home integrators and licensed electricians, and certified 🤫 installers we train and badge through the Academy. | Roadmap |
| Retail & concession | A place to see, hold, and take home the products, and a human to help. | Neighborhood electronics and lifestyle retailers, pop-ups, and membership retailers that already serve the zip. | Roadmap |
| Telecom & edge network | Connectivity for the edge grid, including satellite where fiber is thin. | Local ISPs, mobile carriers, and satellite internet (for the garage and warehouse edge fleet). | Roadmap |
| Hardware & silicon | The compute inside 🤫 Puppy One and the wearable in 🤫 Tag One. | Best-in-class silicon and device partners; One is model-agnostic and hardware-agnostic by design. | Roadmap |
| Security & trust services | Independent security, identity, and assurance so the pilot is safe from day zero. | Security services partners, and the certification roadmap (SOC 2, ISO 27001/42001, HIPAA, and more) we publish openly. | Roadmap |
| Community & care | Meet people where they gather, and stand up the safety-wearable angle honestly. | Chambers of commerce, HOAs and neighborhood groups, senior-care and community organizations, farmers markets, and local champions. | Roadmap |
| Hospitality (🤫 Check-in) | Skip-the-line arrival: verified check-in, room routing, and a key card waiting. | Hotels and resorts, their property-management systems, valet and rideshare operators, and the airport's ground-transport ecosystem. | Roadmap |
Realistic and optimistic, side by side.

What is real, and what is the plan.
Agent One is live and free. The last-mile partners, in-home installs, 🤫 Check-in, the 🤫 Gold ID, and hotel and valet routing are the plan and the roadmap, not signed deals or shipped features, and we label them that way everywhere. Named companies and places describe categories and geography, not endorsement or affiliation. 🤫 Tag One is a safety and wellness wearable, not a medical device. Every share is consent-gated and written to a receipt only the owner can read. We would rather tell you the honest state of the plan than oversell it.
This is the plan. Come to the door with us.
Kirkland first, Beverly Hills next, 🤫 Check-in at LAS in parallel. Partners who want to build, buy, and sell together to reach the last mile, let's talk.
