Set it up in minutes. Keep someone close.
This is the full guide to your 🤫 Tag One, the safety and wellness wearable for the people you love. How to set it up, wear it, use the one-tap SOS and your circle of trust, and keep it charged and private. Written plainly, in the open, so you know exactly what to expect. A wellness and safety companion, not a medical device.
What you get.
Your 🤫 Tag One
The neck-worn tag itself (a collar tag for 🤫 Tag One Pup), with a skin-safe band, ready to pair.
Charger and cable
A simple magnetic charger sized for multi-day wear between charges.
A one-card quick start
One card, three steps. This guide is the longer version, for when you want it.
Five steps, a few minutes.
Charge it first
Set the Tag on its charger until the light shows full. A few minutes gets you started; a full charge lasts for days of wear.
Open 🤫 Agent One and add a Tag
In your Agent One, choose Add a Tag One. If the wearer is a loved one, you can set it up for them and hand it over ready to go.
Pair with one tap
Hold the Tag near your phone and confirm. It pairs over Bluetooth and joins your 🤫 network, all by consent, with a receipt.
Build the circle of trust
Add the people who should be reached in an emergency, nearest-first. Each person confirms; nobody is added without agreeing.
Wear it, and you're watching over them
Put it on. From that moment it senses gently, knows where the wearer is if they allow it, and keeps help one tap away.
What living with it feels like.
A calm baseline, not an alarm clock
Breathing, heart rate, activity, and rest build a personal baseline over the first days, so it notices a meaningful change, not noise.
You see they're okay
A quiet daily picture of how someone is doing, and their location only if they allow it, shared only with the circle, with a receipt for every share.
The SOS is always ready
One press of the dedicated button, or an automatic alert on a fall, reaches the nearest loved one who can actually get there, and escalates when seconds matter.
How help actually arrives.
It starts with a tap, or on its own
The wearer presses the SOS button, or a sudden fall or unusual stillness can start the countdown automatically.
The wearer is asked first
A gentle countdown with haptics gives the wearer a moment to cancel if they are fine. If they cannot respond, the SOS goes out on their behalf.
The nearest loved one is reached
By location, the Tag pings the closest trusted person in the circle who can come, not just a far-away contact. Distance is the point.
Voice connects, help escalates
Two-way voice lets the wearer be heard and hear the person who answers. When seconds matter, it escalates to emergency help.
The SOS path is best-effort and depends on connectivity and the people in your circle of trust. It is not a guaranteed emergency-response service. For the full design, see the research and top 3 features.
Charging, wearing, and staying connected.
A few days between charges
Charge it on a routine, the way you charge a watch. The Tag warns you gently before the battery runs low, and again on the wearer's circle.
Comfortable, all day
Skin-safe materials in a light, neck-worn form the wearer will actually keep on. Clean the band with a soft damp cloth; it is water-resistant for daily life.
If it goes quiet
If the Tag loses connection, Agent One tells the circle. 🤫 Tag One Ultra adds a wide-area radio so an out-of-range SOS can still reach help with no paired phone nearby.
Owned by you. Never the product.
Signals are processed privately and shared only with the people you choose, with a receipt for every share, on the Hushh Protocol (PCHP). Location and vitals are the wearer's to control. We measure success in help that arrives and worries eased, never in data sold.
Every part, and the supply chain.
We publish the 🤫 Tag One bill of materials at the component-category level, and the supply chain we are building it with, the same way we publish everything. Built by hussh with our manufacturing and OEM partners, stated as our plan, not signed deals.
🤫 Tag One, in plain English.
Is 🤫 Tag One a medical device?
No. Tag One is a consent-first safety and wellness companion, not a medical device. Its sensing gives trend and early-warning signals, not diagnoses, and well-being is inferred from signals, never a clinical assessment. The SOS path is best-effort and depends on connectivity and the people in your circle; it is not a guaranteed emergency-response service. Always seek a doctor for medical concerns.
How long does setup take?
A few minutes. Charge it, add it in your Agent One, pair with one tap, and add the people in the circle of trust. You can set it up for a loved one and hand it over ready to wear.
Do I have to share my location all the time?
No. Location is the wearer's to control, shared only with the circle they choose, and only when they allow it. Every share is scoped and written to a receipt only they can read. Presence, not surveillance.
What happens in an emergency if the wearer cannot respond?
The Tag alerts the wearer first with a countdown they can cancel. If they cannot respond, the SOS goes out on their behalf to the nearest loved one who can come, with two-way voice, and escalates to emergency help when needed. It is best-effort and depends on connectivity and your circle.
How often do I charge it?
Every few days, like a watch. It warns the wearer and the circle before the battery runs low, so it is rarely caught empty.
Which Tag One should I get?
Tag One SE for the essentials at the most accessible price, the flagship Tag One for the complete picture, Tag One Ultra for an out-of-range SOS and the toughest conditions, and Tag One Pup for the dogs in the family. See the lineup on the Tag One page.
Is it available now?
Tag One is reservable now and not yet shipping. A reservation today is small and fully refundable. This guide is how it is designed to work, published in the open so you know exactly what to expect.
Is my family's data private?
Yes. The same values as Agent One carry over: consent-first by construction, processed privately, shared only with the people you choose, with a receipt for every share. Your family's life is never anyone else's product.
Keep the people you love close.
Reserve your Tag One today. It is small, fully refundable, and it puts help one tap away for the people who matter most.
