A trained human comes to you, sets up 🤫 Private Agent One across your devices, walks you through consent and receipts in plain language, and leaves only when your first real job is done. You watch every step; nothing is touched without your yes.
Puppy One, installed at home
For the desk and tower tiers: placement, power, network, first boot to first job - one visit, done right. The machine is yours; the person at the door works to a written scope you approved before the knock.
The grid, commissioned by pros
Garage and warehouse tiers are electrical work, cooling work, and a dish on the roof - licensed-contractor work by law and by our own bar. Certified local electricians and HVAC pros commission every grid site to a published spec.
Consent does not stop at the front door.
Before the knock
Every visit has a written scope you approved in advance: exactly what will be installed, opened, or touched - and nothing else. No scope, no visit.
At the door
The badge is a consent grant you can read. Who this person is, what they are here to do, what they are not allowed to do - on your phone before you open the door.
In your home
Install to spec, test to spec. No personal data is read, copied, or carried out of the home - ever. The machine's first act is to write its own setup receipt to your ledger.
After the visit
A receipt of everything touched lands in your ledger, and the machine's service history lives with the machine - owned by you, portable if you ever sell it.

Grid-tier sites get certified local contractors - licensed electrical, cooling, and roof work to a published commissioning spec. The trades already in your ZIP, working to our standard and signing our house-call protocol.

The end state is not a call center dispatching strangers. It is the certified local technician - a human 🤫 Agent in the Yellow Pages, discoverable ZIP by ZIP, reachable agent-to-agent - installing and maintaining the machines in their own neighborhood.
